2nd PSC Meeting held on 25th May, 2010 at Amravati

The meeting of Project Steering Committee (PSC) under CAIM held on 25th May 2010, under the Chairpersonship of Hon. Divisional Commissioner, Amravati Division at Divisional Commissioner Office Amravati. The Project Director-CAIM, Hon. N. Nawin Sona (IAS), and Additional Divisional Commissioner Amravati made a detailed presentation the CAIM programme.

Highlights of Presentation:

- Effective Date: 4^th Dec. 2009

- Shortlisting of suitable NGO\Institutes\ Private Agencies

- Submission of AWP&B and Procurement plan to IFAD

- IFAD-DEA led Joint Portfolio Review Workshop (PRW) at Bhopal

- DPR Guidelines workshop for RNGOs

- Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) and Sub project Concept Note (SCN) by suitable NGO\Agencies.

- Recruitment of DPMT staff and formation of various committees (SPSC, PSC and DPCC)

- Compilation of BPL village list as per IFAD Guidelines

- Political Launch of CAIM programme by Hon’ble Chief Minister, Govt. of Maharashtra on 7^th May, 2010.

Detailed presentation made on Annual Work Plan and Budget besides components, subcomponents, activities, physical and financial targets (Appraisal and Annual), were explained to all the members.
